Knights renewal retreat

Please put this weekend on your calendar and circulate among             your membership!


Council 7969, Stoney Creek, invites all males, (Knights and             friends) to join us (approx. 25) and make your own car pool to             the Augustinian Monastery north of Toronto.

 

It starts on Friday, March 25th             register, get your room assigned, and get settle             in, before             6pm. Attend a welcoming at             7pm, and an opening talk at             8:30pm.

Sat. March 26th 8:15am prayers             in chapel, breakfast, conference, stations, presentations, group             discussions, reconciliation, video, exposition and adoration till             midnight. Finally, Sunday, March             27th morning prayers at             7:30am, breakfast, mass in Our Lady of             Grace Shrine at 9am, visit to the Shrine             gift shop, retreat closure and benediction in Chapel, lunch at             12 noon then farewell and             departure.

 

The cost is by a donation of what you can afford (weekend and             meals is worth $150).

Your donation is eligible for a complete income             tax receipt.

Accommodation is Spartan private style with one and two             bedrooms.

Bathrooms at end of hallways. Ground and 1st floor rooms             available.

Meals are great! They are prepared by Mexican Nuns, Augustinian             Sisters of Good Council.

It is an uplifting weekend that recharges those that             attend!
