 As I did not receive this from the Deputy for approval or comment but from the recorder - I have added a few changes and would like your 

thoughts and comments prior to approving this agenda for tommorrow's meeting . 

At this meeting there will be no hidden surprises as at our last council meeting when the election of officers was inadvertently introduced 

 without prior written notice in the agenda . (Some brothers found this irregular,unprofessional  and confusing -myself included .) 

There will be no special agenda's , surprises or ambushs at this council meeting please .
