Does this mean that to duplicate Knights volunteerism or charity would cost the public 3 times as much ?

Gov charity 1000$ of charity time = 300$ direct end user benefits delivered

KOC volunteer delivery end benefit a. 700/300 = 2.33 times b. 1000/300= 3.33 times ( no admin)

To deliver the same $1000 direct end user benefits Government Charity groups would spend a. 2330 $ or b. 3330$
